This was the most pathetic Burger King I've ever been in. The staff couldn't even handle the drive thru and dining room at the... same time. Employee had to lock the doors. What appeared to be the manager yelled at customers in the drive thru. After it tooklike 30 minutes to get our cold disgusting food, the manager then began to yell at the employees loud enough for the whole placecould hear. So glad I never have to eat here again, and I feel bad for those that do. If you're smart, don't patronize theHolly Springs Mississippi location!!!! Read more

Traveling stopped in for lunch the staff was bad to say just disgusting their appearance, and their attitude. The cashier took... my order correctly but the gentleman that was preparing the food got it wrong and after I explained to him and another workerthat it didn't have the condiments on it that I wanted they were nasty about it told me to hand them my burger so that they canadd it on to it where I come from they would fix you a total new burger I told them no hand me the extra condiments and I'll putit on myself you never know what they could have done to my food. I thank God I was just traveling through there I would hate tolive there and that be my Burger King cuz it's not have it your way there is get it anyway they give it to you there. Weird experience today. Every car that ordered in drive thru was sent to park in parking lot for their order to be... fulfilled. Maybe it was just a ploy to make it look like the drive-thru was empty to attract potential customers. Food wascooked to order, burgers were ok, but the fries were very bland and seemed saltless. Lousy experience. The drive-through was a joke middle of the afternoon on a Monday and they have no idea what they're doing. I... tried to use the drive thru and that was backed up with only one car in front of me. Then I went inside the store and there wasa-line of people and nobody running the front end. The blonde who was on the cashier was running around like a chicken with herhead cut off I had no idea what was going on. I left. I went next door to McDonald's. Which was much more efficient. Whoeverruns that Burger King better retrain his staff because it was pathetic. Read more
