I went to this Taco Bell 4 times.. to order a ?cheese quesadilla? (well done: toasted) I have to emphasize ?well done/toasted?... multiple times because every single time the lack of even trying to cook it is astonishing. The last time I walked in to get arefund as I was waiting over 10 mins to be helped, which their were employees standing around I noticed the lack of effort andlaziness this crew displayed. Don?t waste your time, staff is extremely lazy. They claim the don?t have enough people to open the lobby, but they don?t even... take your order. They make you use kiosk machines. Basically, the staff is to lazy to clean the lobby so they tell you they areunder staffed. Again, they don?t even work the lobby. This is the best taco bell ive ever been to. The staff is always friendly and patient while ordering! Sometimes they are out of... stuff but they always apologize for it even no fault of their own. Im from ohio so out of all the taco bells ive ever been tothis one is my favorite and i get lunch here often! I love you guys Read more
I went through the drive thru. I ordered a Mexican pizza. They put my Mexican pizza on the bottom of the bag and piled the rest... of my order on top of it. It was mashed to oblivion. I tried to call Taco Bell once I got home and found the mess. I called themabout 5 times, no answer. I had to scrape my Mexican pizza off of the box to eat it. I tried calling them back after I ate. Icalled 3 more times, no answer. I then went to the main Taco Bell website and made a complaint there. It's been almost 48 hoursand no response from that either. That is ridiculous and very poor customer service. Read more
Well it's Taco Bell.... The food was OK, but (as usual) within minutes of eating there I was in the bathroom. The dining area... was a bit on the messy side. The young man who took my order was nice and my order was made correctly. Read more
