Dining room is always closed. If you want to sit and eat your biscuits, go to Hardee's up the road. Hardee's dining room is... always open. You can sit and eat there. Read more
The amount of time it takes for service is ridiculous. This establishment is extremely short-staffed and you can tell because... they look overworked and their attitudes reflect it. Several times I've also received the incorrect order and the food was cold. Read more
I understand about the employee problem everyone is having however the orther eating places in the area are open. It along time... to get your food and the dining room is closed all the time I been here in sneads ferry for 20 years to be honest I would ratherdive to jacksonville to get some of your good food. Other Then just stay there line forever and not get what u order and theorder is not complete. Then if it not complete you have to walk up to the drive thur and hold up everyone that is in line. Alsoyour employees have a look on their faces like they know what is exactly going in the situation. Personally I like to see thebojangles to go away and maybe build a movie theater there instead. Yummy chicken, biscuits, and sweet tea. I was in Jacksonville 18 years ago, but I didn?t really appreciate Bojangles back then.... I?m from Louisiana and very used to Popeyes. Bojangles might actually be greet though. Read more

Quick lunchtime service! Pulled through the drive-thru with no fuss. Food was hot and the tea was cold! Just the way I like it.... I highly recommend Bo?s Chicken Sandwich. It easily surpasses all those competitor chicken sandwiches out there. Also, don?tforget to check out the Bo Rounds at breakfast! These are the latest and greatest way to get your fried potato kick. I would give it a zero if i could! Its 5:17, pm dinner time!!! No line! And they have NO Chicken. No pintos. This is the 3rd... time i have been and they have had a 15-20 min wait on chicken. Learn how to manage, and get the chicken dropped so there is nowait time! Hardees has come through every time with no wait and great chicken! Shame on you bojangles. 40$ you didnt get.Terrible customer service. Read more
