I placed my order online which I had a location and availability issue, but Noone answered the phone, it rang about 15 times and... hung up at the end. I ordered at 915 and selected to pick up at 10:40. I just left at 10:50 with my toasted subs that had beenmade since 9:40 instead of 10:40. I asked the lady if she could remake them, they were suppose to be made at 10:40, not 9:40.She told me I "would have to cancel the order and then, well you would have to pay again anyways. Sorry." I am so glad I did nothave my sandwiches made there, who knows what awful, unfriendly, unhelpful, worst customer service and huge lack of customercare attitude I would have received! The worse service of my life. I ordered my food through the app online. I ordered a steak sandwich and I got a chicken sandwich.... The manager told me she wouldn?t help me and to not come back to the store. ????I can?t come back to the subway store cuz themanager and employees messed my sandwich up.?!?!?! ??????????? so?. Line was long but they were cranking out those subs accurately and changing gloves. I waited approximately 5 minutes. Toppings... were fresh also counter was wiped down. Greeting everyone as they came through door. Great Job Subway!! Read more
