This place completely amazed me the location may not be the best area but the pizza was absolutely delicious. It wasn't... overcooked the breadsticks were amazing dripping with butter but that's how I like it. We sat in the parking lot and finishedthe whole pie of pizza. nobody came up to the car and bothered us nobody told us we had to move. I counted at least 20 cars thatcame through the convenient drive-thru which I was amazed due to it being mid-afternoon during a weekday. Truthfully I can'timagine that this Little Caesars isn't one of the ones that contributes financially the most to the Little Caesars chain againthe area is bad but it's an easy location to find and very convenient going In-N-Out of the drive-thru as I do not work forLittle Caesars Corporate but if I did I would recognize this Little Caesars. First off of like to point out that the young lady that took my order was very nice. As for the pizza, I ordered the Extra Most... Best with Pepperoni. It was horrible. The pizza tasted and looked like an old pizza that they threw extra cheese on top of andthrew it back in the oven to let the cheese melt. After waiting more than 20 minutes, one would expect a fresh pizza. I shouldhave known something was up because I got my pizza before the cars that were there before me. Really disgusted that I can not leave a 0 star review. The service I received from this location was horrific. We placed an... online order, after picking it up our pizza was soggy and undercooked, and our cheese bread was purely soaked in oil. We calledand requested a replacement, only for our Cheese bread to be given to someone else right in front of us, we were charged for thecheese bread, and given none. It's cheap....if YOU pick up, that's about the only good thing you can say. Tried to place a delivery order, they wanted 3,... THREE different tacked on charges to have it delivered, none of them tip or tax. One of them was literally a $2 "order toosmall" charge, so basically, just give us money because we want more. Why am I PAYING for delivery then, and then a"service" charge too? So delivery is a scam. So we ordered to pick up through the drive through. Order said it would be readyin 15 minutes, we got there in 20, and sat in line for 10 more minutes. When we got to the window, 15 minutes after theready time, it wasn't even started. We were told to pull behind other cars in line, which you can't do in this parking lot. We had to leave and go around the block to wait another 15 minutes for a pizza that should have been ready 20 minutes agonow. So don't expect your food to even be started when you place an order to go pick up. They obviously don't care if you placean order and PAY for it, they prioritize people just driving up to order before any placed order. Not a very well run place atall. Honestly tonite was amazing the drive through was so busy but the workers did an amazing job maintaining. Thank you for taking... the time to work even when we have a storm coming to feed the community. You all deserve raises as this location today is amodel of how smooth all locations should run.
