Probably my family\'s 500th visit. Drove out to have lunch,get some fruit, and goodies from Casa de Sweets.No peacocks ????... today but chickens instead,ok,cool.The beautiful 2 story Venetian carousel was running , so was the train. Lunch was ok notamazing but ok for diner fare. Casa is definitely changing,some of it good, some of it not so much.I do miss a lot of the moreroad side small family aspect. Still a very nice place to stop,eat,use the bathroom ????, have a picnic, grab some locally grownfruit, get wine,candy,specialty food and gifts, ride a mini train and ya know what...just go. See all it has to offer! Andplease don\'t throw trash into the turtle pond???? Read more
Great food and friendly service! We came on a Sunday so we expected it to be busy @ around 3-4pm... we had a party of 9 with 4... adults and 5 kids. We checked in and planned to walk around expecting we needed to wait minimum 30 mins. but to our surprise ittook us less than 10 mins and we got seated! Yay! We were not really hungry but wanted to try dining at this place since wealways stop by but never dined here. I shared a meal with my wife.. We got the ribeye steak and salmon combination, paired withrice, veggies and salad, sample platter of starter which includes chicken tenders, fried mozzarella sticks and French fries, andsteak burger. Slow service, great food. Had the chicken and waffles and the California omelette on two separate visits. The chicken and... waffles was crispy and juicy. The omelette was perfectly cooked, not overdone at all. Stopped by the farm stand and spent $50 onsome jams and a citrus rub. I will be back. Read more
I\'m doing one review for this business. They have a restaurant, fruit stand, wine/deli store and the ice cream/bakery shop.... This place is awesome! The fish and chips was excellent.. they have local raw honey, tons of garlic and beef Jerky. Stop by andbring $$ or credit card because they have a lot or cool and delicious foods. And you must try their pomegranate wine!! They alsohave a carousel and a small train to ride around the area. Read more
Always stop here when I drive up north. There\'s just something about the comfort food here that always hits just right. Very... generous portions for the delicious food, they do classics so well and have a few specialties that shouldn\'t be overlooked.Their fresh squeezed oj is one of the best you\'ll have.
