Completely under the radar tucked away in a small town of Hollis New Hampshire but this pizza place is the greatest pizza place... I have ever been to. These days pizza places are takin for granted but this place goes over the top and make some incrediblepizza Not to mention their robust salads and if you're in the mood for it delicious poutine. Drove past one day to get a quickbite to eat and fell in love now it is my pizza place of choice when I want a good treat. Read more
Excellent subs and service. Whether it's down time or busy, you are in and out quick. It's surprisingly roomy in there with the... upstairs (and seasonal outdoor) seating. The parking lot is very big so there are no problems during rush hour. Read more
Just posting after my first visit and ordering the Chicken Gyro. I ordered on line and did takeout. The sandwich was just the... right size, not too messy and flavorful. Lots of variations on the gyro theme abound but what stood out to me was the flavor ofthe the chicken and the size of the chunks which were just right IMHO. Read more

Doing a job in the area and I forgot my lunch! A quick search for the nearest source of food turned up Hollis House. - Got me a... slightly modified steak bomb, when on the road that's the easiest thing to fix with what's on the truck when the pie jointscrews it up. - Not only did Hollis House not screw it up, they made it awesome. Steak was noticably seasoned, tender, and thething was so fresh and juicy I had grease dribbling down me chin. The hallmark of a great sammich! - Had to come back to testthe pie and the poutine. Boy howdy, did these folks deliver again! You wouldn't assume that french fries gravy and cheese iscomplicated, but believe me, it is. The pizza quality is pretty amazing for this place. They also put a little flat grill plate under your pizza so it doesn't soak... through the box. Genius! You really should try them out. Read more
