I honestly hate giving this low of a rating. The service was great but the quality and portions of food has went downhill. This... use to be my family?s favorite restaurant. I hope one day it can be a favorite again. What happened to hot fresh bread broughtto your table shortly after arriving? Instead we got stale luke warm bread that felt like it set out all day under a warmer. Bigdisappointment!! Portion sizes have definitely went down and prices went up. I understand the price increases with everythingbut that doesn?t mean decrease your portions and the QUALITY of food. The last few times I was there the potatoes were lumpy,they were never like that before. Stuffing was a little on the crispy/dry side. The one food that my picky daughter actuallyliked from your restaurant you were out of, the potatoes skins. I will wait awhile and try you again and hope that you will reevaluate some things you have changed. Hopefully you correct it. Especially correct the stale bread you are serving people. Ihate for a great business to take a loss and many bad reviews due to something they can correct if you just listen to what yourcustomers are saying. Read more
Food was real hit and miss. All the meat was over cooked from what we asked, the Mash potatoes were so dense they were inedible.... The Mac and cheese was quite dry. The app platter was good. The mozzarella sticks, the fried zucchini and such were prob thebest part of the meal. Maybe it was just an off night I don't know but for what you pay to eat out these days. So a few things with this place... Our waitress was really nice, but it was kind of off putting when we asked about 2 seperate... dishes and she had awkward responses about never trying the food. I got the feeling she may have been vegan or vegetarian and Iasked about meat so her response was rather backward. Then my wife asked about a meat dish and again was put off. She simplycould have said that if it were the case and we would have understood much better than the way she acted. Also timing iseverything. While we truly appreciate speedy service there is a thing as too fast believe it or not. We all ordered meals thatcame with salad and bread as well as appetizers. The food came out so fast you didn't have time to eat what you had or get tothe main dish before it was cold. Reading the table is also important as a server. Not just drop it all down so you can forgetabout the table until cash out time. I got the salmon and it was good but again it was cool by the time I got to it. Also thetop layer was a bit tough as if it was cooked one way then put in the oven and toasted. Also the spaghetti with pesto my wifegot was terrible (coming from someone who often enjoys such dishes ). Read more
If you want food to-go, reconsider ordering from here. My $20 salmon meal was supposed to come with asparagus, but the cooks... didn?t even let the staff know they were out of it and didn?t offer any substitutes. Food was also late. Didn?t find out theproblem until we got home. Also, the salmon is really small and cold. Just look at the photo. This unacceptable. Read more
Food was very good,. Had a light early dinner of baked fish sandwich and broccoli cheese soup. All very tasty. Atmosphere was... very inviting. Definitely will choose this restaurant for going out with friends again Read more
This restaurant is amazing. The food is so good. The staff is fantastic too. The selection of food is out of this world there... is something for everyone. And it's home made! But wait you have to save room for the dessert. OMG I wish I would havestarted with that I had a lemon blueberry cupcake and I'm obsessed with them now I love them they are so awesome. I thought it was below par. My eggs were served on top of my pancakes for some reason instead of own there own plate. I asked... for over medium and got over easy eggs and the home fries were deep fried I believe and we're not very good. I wasn't told untilabout 10 minutes after being seated that some of the daily features were out of stock. The sausage was horrible. I ate it anywayto see ee what would happen and a few hours later I got the worst indigestion that I have had in a very long time. I've eatenhere several times over the past three years or so and this was the last time. I very rarely eat this type of food or evenbreakfast food but, it was like eating at a cafeteria. Not worth the price. Fortunately for most restaurants a lot of peoplelike cafeteria food. I don't. Service was friendly and the place was clean. Read more
