We were on a 1600 mile road trip, stopped not knowing anything about it, and it was our favorite pizza on the trip! The pizza... has great flavor and the crust which is deep around the sides but thin from the cheese/sauce to the side of the pan. It's crispyand flavorful. While this was totally a random stop on our trip it's a place we would love to go back to again! I highlyrecommend it! Read more

We do enjoy the food here. Fries are delicious! Pizza and wings are yummy! I would definitely recommend getting wings with... "everything" sauce on it. I just wish the online delivery would get fixed. This is the only place with delivery and it'sconvenient for the area. Sometimes they don't offer delivery if they are slow from what I have been told a couple times so youhave to cross yours fingers! Read more

I have stopped by Grande's with a family member a few times to grab a pizza order. They make excellent pizza, BTW. We had not... tried them for a nice dinner and thought we'd give them a try. Our dinner experience was great. Grande's, first of all, isclean. That means a lot these days. Seating is comfortable and well-spaced. The dining room is tastefully decorated. I wasblown away when our server presented our menus. The menu is diverse, offering an impressive variety if choices. Our sever wasfriendly, courteous and efficient. She made sure we had everything we needed without bring intrusive as some servers tend tobe. Our orders were promptly prepared and brought to our table. We enjoyed our meal. If you are passing through HollandPattent, NY, you should give Grande's a try. You won't be disappointed. I know I'll be a return diner! Read more
The last few visits have been horrible! Cold food, long waits and not even busy. Wait staff have always been friendly and... courteous and we enjoy visiting with them and have always enjoyed our visits. You can definately tell there have been changes inthe kitchen that are not on a positive note. I feel for the poor waitresses that have to be the ones to face the unhappycustomers and make up the excuses for the kitchen, believe me, we know it's not you.Tonight was our last! The owner contactedus and was very concerned about the situation. He was apologetic and personable. He also compensated us with a gift card. Firsttime back tonight and the service was great as usual. I had honestly stopped eating here a while ago due to not being happy with the food. After a year we tried again and Im SOOO... happy we did! The pizza is AMAZING. The crust is so good, the sauce is great and the cheese and toppings are awesome! I was sosurprised! We have ordered at least 3 times this month and I swear I crave this pizza almost daily.
