The absolute worst Dunkin donuts in the area. I placed a mobile order for 2 chocolate frosted donuts and 1 Boston cream and some... coffee. They made the coffee but that's it. I go to pick up my order and it was missing the donuts. I received zero explanationfrom the employee. I attempted to ask about the missing donuts and they ignored me because they were in the middle of aconversation. They finally answered and said "we don't have any of those". They didn't offer any alternatives even though theyhad a few other donuts on the shelves.. The employees there are rude and condescending towards customers. Much better donuts atthe Giant supermarket 5 minutes away. Read more

The only reason I go to this dunkin donuts is bc I live right around the corner from there. Im going to have to go out of my way... to go to another location, or go to starbucks. My drink is pretty simple, and it is made wrong constantly. I contacted customerservice. I received a call from the holland location. They apologized, and said we would like you to come back we will make orcoffee right. The first time I come back it was made right. The second time I was given regular coffee, not a latte with nocaramel. Two days later I order a coffee. They put regular milk not oatmilk. I cannot have regular milk. I go back to have itmade right. As soon as I pick the cup up I knew it was way under filled. More than half the cup was filled with foam. They gaveme expresso with foam and barely any milk.That was obviously done on purpose. I've been given just steamed milk with no expressoand no caramel. Their employees are either making the coffee wrong on purpose, or they need to do a better job training them. Ireceived a call today from the manager. He said my coffee was made wrong because they had a trainee making the coffee today. Isaid my coffee has constantly been made wrong for yrs at this location. It does not matter if its a trainee making it, orsomeone who has been there a long time. This is a picture of the latte. I took all the foam out, i did not take any milk orcoffee out. The foam took up more than half of the cup. He tried telling me that's what happens when you get a latte. The foamwill fill up more than half the cup. I've been drinking lattes for over 10 yrs. I've never once had that much foam. Instead ofhim making excuses blaming trainees and lying by saying lattes get that much foam he should just apologize. Read more

I had Kyle take my order! I ordered a green tea drink with popping boba. He made my drink perfect and was very nice. My donut... tasted great and will likely come back when I visit again. Read more

I entered this location at about 6:05 AM Fri. 5/21/21. I was the only customer. There were no orders for pick up on the counter... for any other customer. The two employees (one male and one female) were doing prep work. I waited patiently as the male madeeye contact with me three times but never came over to the counter. He spoke to the female next to him in their foreignlanguage. She never turned her head to look nor did she come to the counter. After about five or so min. I turned to walk out asI had to go to work. He then finally mumbles something in his broken English with a smile. I stopped and turned as I was walkingtoward the door. I said I cannot continue to stand here waiting...are you going to wait on me or not? Again the foreign languageexchange between the two of them continued and neither of them walked up to the counter. That is the last time I will toleratethat kind of rudeness! I will return and I will be that squeaky wheel and I will not stand there patiently. If you do not wantto wait on walk in customers then lock your doors!! Read more

I?ve been going to this location now for almost 12 years. And what has become a convenient breakfast place has become a time... restraint over the last year. There are constant lines to waiting for absurd elongated periods of time not because of itspopularity but because of the lack of help that they neglect to hire. The older gentleman who makes the sandwiches who seem tobe there the longest has constantly refused assistance putting his pride before customer satisfaction. I would gladly changethis rating upon seeing some additional Help because their food is always consistent, it?s just becoming a waste of time. Read more

I am a frequent patron at this establishment, coming in nearly every Friday to hang out with friends, talk, and play cards. We... always order a drink or a donut so as not to take up space without paying the establishment, and came to know the Friday stafffairly well. Unfortunately whilst there this Friday, a group of younger kids came in asking for a drink. The person running theregister, whose name I do not know, chastised them loudly and rudely, and attempted to force them to vacate the premises. Theone younger boy was short a dollar, I gave him one and they ordered with great difficulty as a result of the seething anger ofthe employee. Upon their exit, the employee turned her anger on me, a customer whom she had known for several months before. Sheberated me for helping the boy and accused me of attacking her reputation, while I reasoned calmly that my perspective on thesituation was merely a boy who was short a dollar. She seemed to have a history with him, but I had never seen the two interactin many consecutive weeks of visiting. The situation was handled rudely, insultingly, and entirely unprofessionally. I will bespeaking with customer service to reach a sound conclusion to this issue. I will also not be returning back to this locationuntil that is done. Thoroughly disgusting behavior on her part, I could not be more disappointed. Read more
