Start off by saying the food at this location is always top notch. Tonight there was an issue, ordered a stuffed crust and icb,... got a notification that it was ready. Got there 5 min later and somehow the stuffed crust had been misplaced. Obviously a downerbut they made it right, won't go into details just in case corporate doesn't allow them to do what they did but I'm driving awayhappy and they will continue to see me Read more

Any Holland local can tell you, if you want cheap pizza that's not necessarily bad, this is the place to go to. This is by far... the best Little Caesars out of the two we have to offer in Holland. I've been both a customer, and a previous employee here soI've experienced both aspects of this store. You're always going to have mixed staff and no regulars as of now due to them onlyoffering part-time positions, with that comes mixed Pizza results. In General the best time to come over is between 3 pm & 5 pm.during the Hot N ready hours because everything's always fresh due to the high demand. But also expect a 15 - 20 minute wait inline if busy. If that is the case they always lock the doors of the main entrance and do drive-thru only. If you choose to dinein the store, just be mindful that the staff tends to neglect the dining room unless it's clear it needs to be picked up, andthe bathroom is not always clean. Staff friendliness is always a mixed result, I've had both good and bad experiences. Just bemindful that the staff only gets 15 minute breaks, and they're really overworked and underpaid is an understandment at $10 anhour so not everyone has good enthusiasm with customer interaction. More of a 50/50 experience than anything when I come here, at times feeling like a great experience in and out with little... issue, and other times it's like nothing goes right. I've had just as many experiences where I've been helped quickly, effectively, and without issue as I've also had experiences where the employees up front, or even from the kitchen, stare medown with almost near disgust as I try to order something as simple as a pizza. The same goes with the food, sometimes tastingfresh out of the oven and fluffy in the dough department, and other times like cardboard with red chunks on it. It's turnedaround a bit in recent months but like I started with, it's still a very 50/50 experience. Read more

Always a quick in and out procedure here. I come here once a week, have been for almost 4 years. I only remember having to... wait one time. Normally it?s one or 2 people in line, if any. Pizza is hot and always what I expect from a Little Caesar?s. Read more

Excellent little Caesar's. Lady at the window was super friendly and not only apologized for the types of pizza that were not... available but gladly went and checked which kinds were. Less than a 2 minute wait and delicious hot pizza. Would recommend. Onlycomplaint is that there was no meat lovers available. Tl;dr Quick service, good pizza. Read more

Will probably never order Little Caesars Pizza again or use Door Dash after this experience. Door Dash showed up with a 20 oz.... Sierra Mist, the special came with a 2 Liter Mountain Dew. Driver said they were out of Mountain Dew so they handed me a 20Sierra Mist. Ordered 4 ranch dipping sauces didn't get any of them. Order two thin crust pizzas, they were both soggy andhorrible! Crazy bread was dough. Cheese tasted like rubber, and they were not fully cooked. After all the tips and serve feestacked onto this order nobody seemed to care or correct it anyway, why should they? Everyone got their money first, and couldcareless about customer service. Called the number for Little Caesars customer service waited on hold for 25 mins. Left amessage no call back. And this is why I will never order from Little Caesars again. Wasted about 50 dollars through thisentire ordeal. Read more

They take pizza portal orders for people trying to plan a timed, paid for, easy pick up experience, and then lock the front door... because they don't want to deal with walk ins. Multiple times I've waited a half hour or more in the drive through to pick up mynow cold pizza from the window that was pre paid for. The most recent time the worker argued that the door was open after 5 ofus had walked up to it to find it locked, with a piece of paper up saying the lobby was closed. The others just left. Don'tbother ordering online. Read more

This was as I called 30 times in a row because I had ordered three hot and ready?s and got home to 3 thin crust hard as... cardboard pizzas that I?ve ever tasted in my life. I had originally started calling because I wanted to place a pre-order ofcheesy garlic bread to go along with my hot and ready?s and they didn?t answer, then I get home only to find these hard thencrust pizzasAnd as I literally called back to back and drove all the way back there just to see that they were closed I see thisman standing at the register ignoring the phone as I?m calling. This is by far terrible service and I will be contactingmanagement tomorrow. Read more
