Waited 4 hours for our pizza last night! Ordered, 10 minutes later got the "pizza is being made" 2 hours passed we called the... store and were told another 2hours. Finally delivered cold and nasty. They were super backed up, seems severely understaffed. I really feel for them and they do their best. The other customers were... extremely rude and being total Karen's. As a customer it only makes it worse if you constantly interrupt them to tell them howmuch time you've waited, they know and they're working on it, chill. Read more
Placed an order and was told 30 minutes. After 60 minutes I finally got a text saying the driver was on his way. After 75... minutes I called the store and was told that my order was on the way but she couldn?t give me an ETA or tell me what order I wasin the 6 deliveries the driver had and hung up. Read more
Horrible place to get any sense of a correct order or an on time order. Tried this place again for the second time after a... disaster the first time a couple months ago. Not only did they screw up my order and almost kill me (allergy to mushroom andgave us the wrong pizza), but when I told them about it, they made me wait another 45 minutes while they made other orders, thenonly made 1 of our 3 pizzas. So, we had 2 pizzas cold, coagulated, and correct along with another pizza. This time, we at leasthad our order cold and correct, so that's growth right? This location gets it right 90% of the time, with food that tastes fresh and is prepared in a timely manner whether it's an... order with a couple subs or typical pizzas. There have, however, been a few times where a topping or some misc. item wasmissing, such as the last time I ordered a couple nights ago now. Ordered a pepperoni and mushroom and didn't receive anymushrooms. Great food, friendly staff towards the close of their shift, just hoping the accuracy is on an upwards slope and nota downwards one. This location isn?t privy to how to train their GM how to enter in a coupon into their pos system. If a company offers a coupon... make it a useable coupon ! Dominos train your GM how to execute the steps to allow consumers to use a coupon. If this wasn?tfrustrating enough that we weren?t allowed to use a coupon for our food purchase. We paid full price! The food was over cookedand beyond greasy. The gluten free pizza was inedible , it was so over cooked it was like cardboard consistency! The breadtwists box was dripping grease it saturated through the box onto my seats and ruining my purse. I can say with 100% certainlythis store has lost a customer indefinitely! Read more
I placed a carry out order and when I went to pick it up they told me it was canceled because they didn?t have something and... apparently they called me a couple of times which I never received so I ended up putting in the exact same order and that I hadbefore and they seemed to everything at that point which was only 10 minutes later in a summery I just wouldn?t waste the timehere because you never know your order might just get canceled for no reason Read more
