I really enjoyed this restaurant. It's cool that it's set up to be fast food and delicious at the same time. Absolutely loved... the Wisconsin Cheese Curds and Pretzel Bites with cheese. I've never had pretzel bites with cheese before. The curds were thebest of anywhere I've ever been. I wasn't thrilled about Pepsi products. And why can't you get a good glass of iced sweet teaanywhere? No flavors just sweat tea, for crying out loud. I noticed it's wheelchair accessible for those that need it. Easyin/out parking. Service was great (I can't remember the guy's name, but he was goofy and made the checking out process fun). Food (as always)... was great, got the chicken tenders and cheese curds and they were perfectly crispy and moist. Only problem is with drive thru.Almost every time we've ordered through the drive thru, our order has been messed up somehow. But the cashiers are alwayswilling to fix it with a smile on their faces if you bring up the issue. So overall, not perfect, but pretty great :)) Read more
I originally was only going to give one star because I had to to leave the review but the two workers at the counter who helped... me were very nice. Here's the problem. I know all Culver's take your money, slap a number on your side mirror, and have you pullup out of the way, where you then wait for your order. We waited 9 minutes and I got fed up and walked inside. Someone in theback asked for the time on my order. Not sure if 9 minutes is acceptable with them but when you are there on your lunch break,you kind of need to get it and go. What really angered me was our food was ready. So what was the hold up? Not sure who themanager is but they need to do a training session with their workers. There were 5 other vehicles waiting. On top of all ofthat, my Alaskan Cod sandwich, although hot, was flavorless. They did have Pepsi but I almost finished it before we even gotour food. This was our first ever stop in a Culver's location. Too bad we don't live close because we would be at the stores all the time.... And particular, this one was staffed by exceedingly friendly and helpful team members. They guided us through some excellentchoices and additions to our sandwiches, and prepared fresh hot and absolutely tasty treats for all of us. After having ourmeal, we followed it up with ice cream dessert and it was phenomenal. Please build Culver's locations like this in CentralPennsylvania! Read more
They can never seem to get the order right. After asking for my burgers to be well done they are always very pink in the middle.... And my fiance is lactose intolerant... and they continue to load his up with cheese when told not to add. Very disappointing Ilove Culver's but this location isn't living up to the usual quality. ???? I used to come here all the time and got a greatquality. but something shifted in the last couple of months. Hopefully they will get better. Read more
Pretty basic cheeseburger. Service was fast though and the staff was friendly.
DISGUSTING!!! Every time i come to this store the food is either cold or burnt. I don't understand how you burn the food but... don't melt the cheese. What horrible person burns food and then puts it in a box and tries to serve it, then refuses a refund? AND they raised their prices. It costs as much to eat here as it does at a nice sit down restaurant! Hard pass! I will neverever eat at this culvers again. DISGUSTING!! Read more
My husband went through the drive-thru to order two concretes. One was a strawberry concrete and one was a heath bar with hot... fudge concrete. He had to correct the person three times because he kept saying peach. This was frustrating my husband a lot.When he got back to our place, his was correct and mine was a peach with hot fudge concrete. We attempted to call the store butnobody answered. My husband said they were very busy so that's probably why they didn't answer the phone. I tried to eat theconcrete because I didn't want it to go to waste. I probably ate about five spoonfuls. The concrete I had was disgusting!!! If aperson can't handle the drive-thru, then they shouldn't be put on the drive-thru. I would like my order to be replaced with thecorrect item that I ordered.
