The kids standing outside taking orders need to be more professional. There was one car ahead of me at ordering at the mic and... two employees at the corner of the drive through standing and taking. Slowly drove right past them and stopped behind the carordering, after a few minutes the employees came running up to my car to take my order. As they took my order the two employeescontinued their conversation with each other. Once I got my food the order was completely wrong and had to go in to have itcorrected. Went to the front counter and all the employees were just standing around talking to one another, when I told them myorder was wrong and showed them my receipt, they acted as if I was lying to them about it and questioned me if I really didn?tget the right order. I've always seen Chik Fil A as a sort of middle ground between fast food and restaurants. You get the speed here that you'd... expect from a burger joint, as well as the quality and portion size of a diner. Whether it's thanks to the quantity of workersalways on hand or the consistently diligent manager staff, the food is always up to quality and comes fresh and delicious. Thewaffle fries have that sort of fresh out if the fryer crisp, without sacrificing flavor. The chicken is also exemplary, standingabove chicken from other local "fast-food" places. Read more
I went there Weds night and had to pull up at the front of the building to wait. I didn't mind at all because the last few times... I had Chick-fil-A it was delicious. I was so disappointed when I got home and had the worst spicy chicken sandwich ever. We boutthree and they were all the same. They were burnt looking and incredibly salty. I don't believe in wasting food so I ate itdespite how salty. I will never spend my hard earned money here ever again. I just hope whoever owns this place reads this anddoes something about it for whoever still goes there to eat expecting a positive experience. Read more
I have never been to Chick-Fil-A before. So I decided to see what all the fuss was about, while running errands. I decided to... go through the drive thru and there were workers in the drive thru lane, ready to take your order before getting to the speaker. This works to speed up drive thru, which is fine. The only thing I didn't like about that, is the fact I never been there, so Icouldn't view the menu. Of course you can ask questions if you need to, just advise them you would like to look at the menufirst. Or look it up online before deciding to go. I do admit, their customer service was great. You were acknowledged andgreeted pretty well. They answered any and all questions. On to the food! I'm not a big fan of waffle fries, but they weredescent here. They were not huge, came out fresh/hot and had good flavor. The chicken sandwich was a deluxe, minus the cheese.The toppings was at the bottom so I'm unsure if that's how they do things. Originally I thought it was over cooked and a bitburnt, but it wasn't. It could be how the seasonings cooked with how they prepare it. When I took a bite, the outside was crispy(not to crispy) and the thick chicken piece was juicy. It was surprisingly juicy/flavorful with how thick the chicken piecewas. Is it a WOW place? No, as it's still fast food. Would I go again? Yes, even though I don't eat fast food much. I reallyliked the customer service the most. And the chicken sandwich was pretty good, better than a few fast food places with chickensandwiches. It was a good first time experience. Read more
Tonight was the worst experience I've had at this location. Those packing delivery orders tonight were not paying attention to... what they were packing. I'm an older woman with out teeth so I only order the chicken nuggets because the crispy tenders are tohard for my gums. Tonight my entire order was incorrect and no one was willing to help me correct this not the service provideror the restaurant. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I work nights and didn't bring a lunch today because Iwas excited to get chick-fil-A only to receive someone else order so tonight I'm not having dinner at work instead I'm having asmall fry and that's it.
