Waited 20 minutes in a "fast" food drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me just to get my order wrong. I ordered one thing. ... ONE! They still screwed it up, and this isn't the first time. Seems to be a company wide standard as every other location issimilar, but not quite this bad. Absolutely the worst BK location I've ever been to. No one in your company deserves $15 perhour, especially the corporate execs, for allowing this to continue. Read more
I worked at BurgerKing for a year and there's no explanation for how this location is so hilariously slow. 10 minute average... wait time for 2 items that should already be prepped. Food has always been good for me, though. Read more

This is what i waited 20 min for in the almost empty lobby they arnt that busy but if i gotta wait i expect it to be fresh not... dry i asked if i could get a small fry for the wait the manager on dudy said "i cant give a free fry just for waiting but yourfoods next" I used to be a general manager at a Burger King that's that's not customer service I came in hungry as do othercustomers A simple free fry is all it takes to save a customer It's not like I was just looking for something for free but I washungry and if I could have continued waiting for my food fry isn't something too much to ask for In fact I feel that I shouldhave just been offered to me also no recipt Read more
