On Monday evening, October 31, we traveled about 3.5 hours to stay overnight in Holland. My husband LOVES Arbys and we pulled... into the James Street Arbys at 9:47 HUNGRY! I had checked, and the website said ?Closing at 10:00? Instead, we were met in thedrive through lane with a recording saying they were closed and telling us to try tomorrow morning! I had a spicy chicken wrap and I didnt like it. The chicken was too soggy and messy sauce.
Ok they dropped the ball ???? here. I had a really easy order for two Reuben's. ???? The meat was tough, "Yuk"! ????, There... was no thousand island dressing on them and barely any sauerkraut. Excellent Arby's. Took less than 3 minutes in total and food was delicious. Friendly staff and overall a good experience.

I like their food. Jalapeño poppers are pretty good. This location on James is very slow. I was there a couple months ago... but thought I'd give then another try. Every time I go I have to pull ahead and it takes at least 10 min to get my food. I likeArby's, but not this location. Read more
Any time we've ever gone to this Arby's in Holland, the food has been fantastic. Hot fries, sandwiches and mozzarella... sticks. The Arby's on 68th street here in Cutlerville could learn something from them. Read more
