Dinner here last night with my wife, my son and his fiance. It's been many years since I was at Layla, and couldn't have enjoyed... our meal more. Food was amazing, restaurant atmosphere was great and staff were also great. Family owned restaurant servingincredible Lebanese (with one Egyptian choice) fare. We ordered an array of food and everyone loved their order. Baba ganoushwas best we've had!! Salt Lake City has some great restaurants, if you find yourself in the Holladay area, a definite must! Came here for the first time for dinner, (around 5pm on a Thursday) Place opens at 4:30pm. Had no issues getting a table. Heard... nothing but good things about this place and my friends were right. A good selection of Mediterranean dishes. I got the chickenkabob plate while my friend got the salmon. I loved the fries. Good selection of fruit drinks, but didn't get them this time. The staff was really nice. The place was packed by the time we left. Read more

I think our server was new so the service seemed a little lacking. The food, by far, made up for any service issues. This had to... be some of the best food I've had in SLC. Read more
