They advertise free smells but I had to pay $0.20 per smell. I'd like a refund. Smells were great though.
Don't do online order, you'll always be at the back of the line. I put my order in and when I got to the store they hadn't made... it yet. They kept putting orders from the store in front of web orders. Many people ordered in store after me and got theirsandwich before me. They also won't do anything special. If you want American cheese instead of provolone they'll tell they canonly put that on the roast beef. If you want just vinegar and no oil they won't do that either even though there is a bottle ofvinegar on the shelf behind them. Read more
It took an hour and twenty minutes for them to deliver my order and I asked them to just leave the food at the door because... people are working and sleeping, they cop knocked and rang the bell. Also I requested no tomatoes on my sandwich because I?mallergic and there was 3 on my sandwich so I can?t even eat it. Wasted $14. And I?m still hungry. Read more
Great group of people that work there they're all very personable and they're very positive and apologize if you have to wait... because they get busy food is great tasting no problems be patient with the workers sometimes, they get really slammed and youhave to wait for your food, but the taste is worth the wait Read more
Walked in and looking at the menu, wasn?t greeted, instead young boy stood there with his head hanging just waiting, that wasn?t... a big deal. While making my unwhich another young boy was complaining to another coworker about Mondays on the job. He finishedand put on the counter and I wasn?t sure if he was getting my pickle, so I asked and he didn?t say a thing and showed me thepickle and wrapped it up. I apologized and said wasn?t sure if you were getting and thanked him. He didn?t split in half like Iordered but at this point I can tell he didn?t care. Once home the unwhich was good but the pickles are old, squishy, hard tobite and chewy. No one there cared about their job or the customers. I see a now hiring sign in front, I can understand why. I have ordered from this jimmy johns for years. I keep trying to give them extra Chances b/c of what?s happening in the world... today. Although I understand having to wait longer than normal (sometimes an hour to an hour and a half even if I schedule theorder way in advance it will come an hour + after my order time) what I don?t understand is that my order has been wrong thelast three times. Once they sent me the sandwich without any meat. And nice the bread so stale it was rock hard. I don?t mind acrazy long wait if the quality is still good. Read more
