High prices cannot detract from these very tasty tacos. After some social media buzz, I decided I had to try Facil Taqueria.... This place is located in a strip mall in Holladay. The vibe is very fun and modern. The menu offers a few non-taco options. Theyoffer 8 different tacos, most of which are $6 each. Prices are somewhat justified by the quality of the food. The staff werefriendly and service was quick, though no one noticed we had no napkins and the dispensers were out until we were doneeating. We tried the Nashville Hot Chicken, Beer Battered Fish, Smoked Prime Brisket, and Local Squash and Poblano tacos. TheNashville hot taco was a bit too spicy for the average Utah palate, but I still enjoyed it a lot. The beer battered fish wasunderwhelming, it had almost no flavor. The brisket was excellent. The squash and poblano taco was pretty good. The tacos werebig enough I did not feel jipped on the price, and the quality of the ingredients shone through with one alibi. The tortillaswere store bought packs available at Costco! That felt cheap for a place charging a premium for ingredients. Read more
Oh my god wow. This was such a good experience. I?ve heard so much about Facil and am very happy I finally made my way there. I... ordered the cauliflower burrito and the Nashville hot chicken taco. The taco was spectacular. I got it to go and it was stillnice and crunchy when I got it home. The flavor was so balanced between sweet and spicy and the tortilla didn?t rip against thehot oil! One of my favorite taco experiences. The burrito was enormous and so delicious. Tons of avocado and cheese andcauliflower. Amazing value for $20. So much food and a great, exciting menu. Go. Go now. Great customer service and very friendly. I ate inside with my daughter, and they definitely keep the dining area clean. There... was no place to dump my tray because they get it for you. Awesome. I asked what their most popular Taco was that repeatcustomers buy, and I was told it was the prime rib Taco: next popular taco would be the Nashville or pork. If you want to getfull, you might want to order a side dish, like a salad to go with your Taco, or order more than one Taco. No ramp available forwheelchair access. Read more
Every bite of the taco can feel the efforts they put in it. They all have different sauce and dressing that balance the meat... perfectly. I also can?t stop eating their mushroom taco, just full of joy and fulfilling. Highly recommend!! Read more
These tacos are delicious with a good mix of flavors that work well with each other. I definitely recommend stopping in if... you're in the area. Don't be fooled by the less than elegant surroundings of the tiny shopping center it's in. This place ismuch more than it looks from the outside. Read more
Visited this place for brunch on a Saturday?It was absolutely delicious!! My new favorite taco place for sure. These are... elevated tacos but not too artsy. They give you a lot of food and you leave feeling full and satisfied! We had the pork Carnitastaco, beer battered fish taco, and two of the breakfast tacos. Loved all of them! Also got the homemade chips and salsa. Thecorn salsa was my absolute favorite, wish I could take that home by the gallon! The staff was so friendly and kind. Lots of lovegoes into this food! Every single thing I've tried here is immaculate. To the point where I took a risk and got the cauliflower and avocado taco... (pictured). Y'all.
