Authentic and fantastic Puerto Rican cuisine. Every dish we ordered here was perfect and so was the presentation. Our server was... awesome, courteous, knowledgeable and spoke fluent Spanish to my mother who thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. This is our second visit to this restaurant. Our order was two beef stakes, one shrimp mofongo an Arnold Palmer and a cheese... flan. Over all the food was rich in flavor(contrary to our last visit) The presentation of the food is as good as the taste.But, the Arnold Palmer needs improvement. Okay, as a Puerto Rican myself the biggest disappointment at a Puerto Rican cuisine restaurant is to not have Avocado available... or Octopus salad. I witnessed an employee eating food behind the counter on kitchen area, totally unprofessional!!! What I didlike, was that this establishment has iPads for menus instead of traditional paper menus, pretty cool, great location with aspacious parking lot. Now for those of you who love food without spices this is the place for you. Rice and beans no flavor,Skirt steak with onions no flavor and not tender, a bit like rubber!!! Food was delicious! Excellent service. Chef Leo even came to our table to greet us. It was my husband and I first time been... there, and we traveled 1 hour. It was so worth it. Everything that we order was delicious. We are looking forward to go againto try other things from the menu. White sangria, Chuleta Can Can con arroz y habichuelas, Churrasco relleno con plátano maduroy queso de crema, mofongo(was not dried, yum), morcilla y cheesecake de guava. Read more

Found this wonderful place driving up 19 this afternoon so we decided to give it a try. I'm here to tell you that I will tell... everyone I know as well as visit every chance I get.many times. Upon our initial arrival we were greeted very courteously byViviana. She seated us almost immediately even though it was during their busy time. We were handed state of the art electronic menus. We place our order and got some drinks. As I looked around my foist impressions were how professional thestaff was and by the cleanliness of the place. The food arrived in less than 10 minutes which also impressed me. While Iunderstand some dishes may take a little longer than others, again, I was impressed. So now onto the food. We were kind of in ahurry so we only ordered some appetizers. But let me say, the quality, the freshness, the flavors, the service was so onpoint!!! Thank you Fondita for such a great experience. I travel often, and more often than not I am so disappointed by thefood establishments I visit. Yours is not one of them.
