This location is a joke! I just sat in drive thru line for twenty minutes total. No one ever took our order. And when I drove up... to window no one was there an never came over. No other cars besides ones behind me. This is the third time in a week I had toleave this location an go to another one. Meanwhile employees sitting outside on their phones!? Do better people. The 1 ice coffee I ordered was very good, but many cars including myself shut our car off due to long wait, not like we can back... out. So At the window she says, "I forgot I had customers in line, sorry". Read more
Staff is always nice. Coffee is always fire. They always seem to know the right amount of sweetness. Not too sweet, just right.... I hate going to any other location and try to avoid doing so. Best dunkin! Read more
First time to this dunkin, not impressed. Decided to go inside due to the long drive thru line, and we were pulling a trailer. 4... people in front of me in line, one left. 3 people waiting on mobile orders, and many more waiting nearby for their orders to beready. The cashier was sweet even with the rush. All other staff looked absolutely miserable. I tipped. Waited patiently for myfood, which I couldn't see due to the people when it was ready. I politely asked for a straw for my iced coffee since I saw nonenearby and received a rude sign from the lady. The bagel bites and donuts were fresh. The coffee was awful, bitter. I alwaysorder the same, but this just was a bad cup. I can get over that and pick up a redbull on my drive..... but the attitude and thefaces of the staff really bothered me. Smile. Be nice to the customers. I'm a bartender and an office manager, and a smile cango a long way for everyone. Those people standing there in line waiting would be a little more patient if the people busyworking didn't look so miserable. Read more

former employee here, the photos speak for themselves. if you dare order a bagel it has most likely sat in the bin for over 2... days, collecting mold. there is mold around the store that gets hidden by the employees because they are too lazy to clean itand too incompetent to run a restaurant that isn't infested with bugs and mold. there are routinely ants on the hot fudge andcaramel machine. product in the dairy machines is routinely old and sour. if an employee contracts or is to exposed to covid,they will be told to work anyway and keep their results secret. this store needs to be shut down, and it sadly is going to takesomeone getting sick and or dying for something to be done. Ordered macchiato and it tasted like burnt coffee with milk no sweetener/caramel taste in it. Had them remake and still tasted... the same, all our food was burnt and I didn?t even get my donuts I bought! Wasted $24 will not be going back. Read more
If you want donuts.... don't go here. They never have anything. If you want stuff they're advertising for seasonal...also don't... go here. I don't know if there's just too many people in Holiday now and they run out or they're not ordering enough to keep upwith demand but if you feel like wasting your time it's the perfect place for you. Because you WILL sit in that drive thru for20 minutes just to hear... sorry we dont have that. Prices have gone up and quality and quantity have taken a nose dive.Interestingly enough, the one on 54 always has whatever we ask for. This one is just closer. I can understand once or twice hereand there but it's every single time. They also used to have awesome people working there that were friendly and knew how tomake coffee. Not anymore.
