We?ve visited this place a few times this year. Every time service was a little lacking but understandable. Pho is pretty good... but Ramen not so much. Lack flavors and quite bland. Ordered two meals with specific allergen requirements. Both meals included the specific allergens we requested they not... included. We ordered pho off of the vegetarian menu and it contained SPAM and specifically asked that the pad Thai contain noegg. When we called to request a refund the manager gave us nothing but excuses, offered for us to bring the food back andthey'd replace it and then gave excuses as to why it wasn't their fault. I came here because I haven't been able to find a place nearby that serves Taiyaki, and it's an absolute favorite of mine since... I lived in japan for a year...so we came for dinner too....it's Friday night, and walking in, one kid was just hanging out anddidn't notice we were there....jumped about 3 feet when he saw us. Told us we could sit anywhere. We waited 15 minutes for*anyone* to come to our table. Our appetizer and then our food came before our drinks. Which was just a soda and a hot tea andwhen mentioned to the waitress, she definitely forgot about them...the tea came from another station and a girl apologized andsaid some kid was new and didn't see my drink ticket. (The tea was lovely though nothing was offered with it, no sugar or honey.) We both got different ramen bowls and they left much to be desired. Very bland broth, over cooked meat. And we waited 20minutes for dessert....the Taiyaki finally gets to me and, it's overcooked, they didn't do both the nutella and bean curd, theyjust gave me 2 bean curds which tasted like dried refried beans with sugar and not authentic bean curd.... The bubble waffletook much longer than that and was overcooked as well. But the coconut ice cream was lovely. Just overall very unimpressed anddisappointed. Will not be coming back. Read more

We came in and waiting over 20 minutes, still don't get a drink, the servers are bad, and no one bothered to check to see if the... customer needed anything. Great place for Pho and even better place for boba! We had some appetizers to start off. Didn?t think I would like the tofu but... they were better than expected. The pho has a nice, smooth homemade taste and the meat balls are definitely homemade. I orderedthe Tropical Sunrise, it has a sweet fruity taste. Lots of reviews are upset at the service but I didn?t have any issues whileI were there. Overall the ambiance is very nice with good music. Looking forward to coming back! Read more

The food was good. The pho was delicious. The young girl rushing us out of the restaurant and telling us the kitchen was... closed so we couldn't get dessert...not so much. I am telling you, hands down, the BEST scallion pancakes around. So delicious. We went for a Saturday night dinner, wasn't too... busy. We sat at the bar, and both times we've been, they had good heavy pours on their drinks.
