Menu for Paradise Shores Hotel in Holcombe, WI

I prefer not leaving any stars. We booked on 3/1/22 for a wedding this weekend, October 8th. I called the week of to see if we... could fit a family member in the deluxe Queen suite we reserved. They did not have our reservation for this weekend even thoughI have the email confirmation. They said this booking was made with prior ownership. My reply was, ?well that?s not my problem.I am a bridesmaid in the wedding traveling 4 hours. What are we supposed to do?? The managers reply was, ?well that?s not myproblem either. I can?t help the system didn?t transfer over correctly.? Needless to say the deluxe queen suite was no longeravailable. I would have been more understanding if the manager would have been more accommodating and kind. Kindness goes along way. Fix your attitude or you?ll be under new management sooner than you think. Shower was scummy, looked like it wasn?t cleaned in a long time, and the floor in the room felt gritty.. There is no daily... maid service?and they expect you to leave a tip. ???? We had a family emergency and had to check out one day early, and theyshoved the paper in my face that you sign when u check in that says no refunds on early checkouts. They must need the money? theparking lot was nearly empty the whole Labor Day weekend. Never going back! Read more

Location was a little difficult but the service and room was good. The pool opens a little later than usual.

A very quaint, serene place. The staff were very helpful, there's several amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, game room), and the... lake out back makes for a picturesque view. We stayed here for Rock Fest and will most likely continue to stay here for anyfuture Rock Fest's we attend. Read more
