I have been a loyal customer with these guys since they opened out here. I always order through door dash or grub hub. I have... always been happy with the food and the portion size. Until today. I do not know who made my order but they skimped out heavily.I paid a total of $15 for a $5 Arbys gyro. I called to find out why the change in portion size and was told by the rep that whenshe spoke to her Manager Jahshim that next time order more meat ( except I did) I did not get an apology or anything of thesort, all I received was a order more next time and good bye. I truly hate feeling like I'm bieng taken advantage of and in thiscase I will make sure that all the platforms know about this. Never see a dollar from me again Read more
This place is ripping customers off already. I placed an order online for pick up. The total was $21 dollars and change but on... my credit card they charged $24 dollars and change. This place absolutely rocks!! I was looking for a place to grab a quick, filling meal and Shahs came to the rescue. The owner... was very welcoming and he even made me a deliciously huge Cheese Burger by himself???????? Turns out they've recently opened upat this Holbrook location and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better restaurant so close to home.
