Every experience at this location is worse than the prior one for donuts or coffee for ice cream it doesn't matter. Most... employees have nothing but bad attitudes and I'm sorry but it's also near impossible to understand most of them. Went to get Baskin-Robbins ice cream around 8:20pm. I was asking my nephew which cone he wanted the man was like hurry up it?s... closing time. So then said he said we can?t have the waffle cone because it was too expensive with one scoop?? They had thesmall one so idk what that was about. This is by far the WORST Dunkin in the area. Horrible customer service. Everyone is so nasty and they never get an order... correct. Even for a cup of coffee ordered ahead of time it takes at least 10 minutes and more often than not it is made wrong. No one even acknowledges you when you walk in. Time for new ownership and employees! Read more
Worst customer service! I asked for a latte with cream instead of milk and the cashier asked the manager and she refused me and... just walked away! She said no I'm not making it like that and put her hand up to me and walked away without even suggestingsomething else and I was not even rude or nasty! Mobile orders take forever. Owner has a major attitude problem. Always an issue going here.Part of the order was wrong and he was not happy that we asked to... replace it. Don't go here. Plenty of other places in the area that you can get better service. Edit: went back to this locationthis morning because we were on a rush. My wife ordered a French cruller, blueberry muffin, extra large coffee and a regular hotchocolate That's 4 items. Got a blueberry donut, the muffin and coffee were right but the hot chocolate tasted like water. So tome that counts as half the order being wrong. We didn't bother going bqck in. Read more
