I admit they could be easy on the ice.
Feeling quite offended! Walked in to get the smoothie I ordered on-line. Went to the pick up? stood there for almost 4 minutes... while 3 people behind the counter ignored me. One girl is t taking orders but is playing with the water around their station.After 4 minutes of standing there at the checkout (no one can check out before acknowledging me) the girl looks over me and asksthe guy behind me if He?s here to pick up. I said ?I?m here to pick up!!? Just for her to tell me that they don?t make thesmoothie that we ordered online (though they made it when we ordered it last week and is on their menu). Complete waste of timeand feeling racially profiled or something. Why else would she look right over me?! Never coming here again Read more

Even though my smoothie wasn't on the menu they still made it for me and it was really good
Terrible watered down smoothies with really slow service. I?ve ordered here twice and got the same terrible service. Never go... here. I?m sad the planet smoothie at the braintree mall closed, because this location is the worst smoothie I?ve ever tasted.Please stop scamming your customers with overpriced water smoothies. Read more
