#NeverAgain box not secure - $25.99+ tax soft tacos hit the floorboard truck and driveway. have mess to clean up and have to... decide if i want to chance eating gritty tacos. store phone number rings a fax machine - afraid i would have gone to jail if ireturned to the store. And, to top it all off, the other $25.99 box of hard tacos - ALL the taco shells were stale. Taco Bellwas never that great to start with, but definitely not worth going back after this experience. Horrible. I ordered 24 tacos 18 without sour cream and 6 with sour cream. They charged for 18 with sour cream then argued they... didn't when I had the receipt still in hand.while in drive thru Finally got the refund and food I pulled into a parking spot tomake sure they put sauce in the bag and there was none so I went in to get some come back out and decided to check the tacos.They had made 18 with sour cream and 6 without went back in and they was rude but ended up making the tacos without sour creamand let me keep what the ones that was wrong. It is 3:05 PM today Saturday, April 30 I just came through the drive-through I ordered a taco and was excited because I?m... starving after working all day and I rarely get to eat out because of a special diet and health problems. The salsa asked forand was told was in the bag was not in the bag. And I pulled my one taco out and it?s all run out the other end because itwasn?t even wrapped cheese and tomatoes went all over me and my lap before I even got it out of the bag it was flying out. And Ididn?t drive anymore and shake it up because I literally just came through the drive-through and pulled over on the side of thenext parking spot I?m just so disappointed. Good food, cheap eats, fast service, i went in to eat and it was very clean inside, and very well maintained. Employees were all... friendly and seemed pretty upbeat and motivated. I would take my children or my parents here, it was nice. Read more
Very wet and soggy tacos. Tasted good and great service though.
