Made five separate orders for me and who else was in the car and every order was completely wrong. Rude service. Went back... through and complained about the orders and the girl says the machines are broken. Convenient they suddenly broke in two minutesand they didn?t try to deal with five messed up orders. Best unsweetened iced tea in the area. Wonderful customer service, with employee temperaments ranging from slightly polite to... very polite! Pretty quick moving line when there's a wait. Entry to the drive through is a bit awkward, however, doesn't seen tobe a problem when the plaza isn't busy...mildly annoying when it is. Read more
I went there today at about 3:00 this afternoon and I asked for bacon, they were out. Then I asked for stuffed croissants and... they said they?re discontinued, but they?re on the menu. I ordered two blue razberry coolattas and payed for two and then theytold me they only had enough to make one. I asked for a strawberry coolatta and they didn?t have that either. They were also outof the strawberry dragonfruit drink. I wanted to order large drinks and they were out of large cups and only gave me one strawfor my two drinks. Read more
At this location they have yet to get my order correct. They do not listen when we ask for no cheese, or egg on particular... orders. Or the items are frozen or not available. When I enter the store to get the order corrected there is lots of attitudeand eye rolling. I enjoy the food and coffee from Dunkin, but the service at this location needs work. Read more
I ordered half a dozen maple cream donuts at the drive thru. When I got home and opened the box, they were all maple dip... instead. Plus they were super hard. Iced coffee was good though. Read more
They make good sandwiches from time to time. The staff has never been rude, but never really that friendly either. I?ve actually... never been inside, so can?t really write on that portion. I?ve always seen trash in the drive through area. The garbage cans arenever empty, so don?t think you can utilize those. All in all, I go there because it?s my preference in coffee.
