This Wendy's is a great place to stop by and get a burger. They have great friendly service. Employees are always nice and makes... sure everything is right and if it?s not they fix it for you. The common area is always clean and presentable. It?s a niceenvironment to be, definitely a comfy and cosy place. The employees also make you feel very welcome they greet you when u comein and tell you to have a good day when you leave. It's the same at the dive through they're very nice and fast. I was just at Wendy?s. I ordered a 4for4. Everything was going good until I got to the 3rd fry. This is disgusting. I threw up... right after I saw this. I tried calling to complain but their phone is off the hook. Make sure you guys check your fries whenyou get them. It looked like this fry came straight from the floor. The owner needs to know that the drive thru performance is inaccurate and they make you wait at the order box for over 10... minutes to place an order. I gave up and went to MCDONALD'S across the parking lot and ordered and got my food faster than thecar in front of me at Wendy's. I'm not the only one that left your slow performing store, the car before me and the care afterme left as well. Guess your bonuses for managers apply only to performing managers based on time from ordering to fulfillment. I went into one of my favorite restaurants... Wendy's, and ordered their $5. 99 or so meal deal x 2. When going to the soda... machine... I noticed water on the floor, but not a small puddle, a lot of water on the floor. I asked the lady at the counter ifshe knew the floor was wet. She said she knew, and that there was nothing they could do because the machine leaks water. Alsothere was not a wet floor sign anywhere to be found. We just ordered the $5 Biggie bag because they took off the Jr Bacon Cheeseburger from the 4 for $4 menu. They didn't give us... the receipt for our food and we had to come back to get our drinks because they didn't give it to us when we were in the drivethru. The boy that was in the window had an attitude problem. I asked him for a spoon for my Frosty that I ordered and he toldme to look in the bag. Then I asked for more napkins and he was reluctant to give us more. The Frosty was small for $1.99. Notcoming back to this location again! Read more
We had a great experience at this Wendy's. Unlike their competitors who close their eat-in dining rooms one second after they... stop serving breakfast, Wendy's keeps their eat-in dining rooms open until closing time. Additionally, their Cashier was veryfriendly, patient and never rushed his customers like you sometimes seem at their competitors restaurant. Horrible customer service. The person who took my order was clearly having a bad day. Anyways, i had to come back in the store... because i ordered a coffee and i was not able to mix the sugar in.
