Ordered through the drive thru. I ordered a large drink with my food. They handed me a warm (above room temperature) Pepsi. ... Told me it was because they were out of ice. Now, I've worked in restaurants myself and know the drink machines do not dispensewarm pop. Even without ice it shouldn't be above room temperature. I was told by the man at the window that they couldn'tcorrect this or refund what I paid for the drink and that I should take it because "none of their other customers complainedabout getting warm drinks. Of course, their lobby and drive thru were empty. When I got back to work to eat my meal the foodwas cold and apparently had been sitting around for a long time. Horrible quality and rude staff. I come her twice a month. My last visit ordered 3 chicken sandwiches..I usually wait 7 minutes or so because I thought they made... them fresh , so I was good with the wait.. This time I got the sandwiches in less than 2 minutes and they were luke warm anddried out and tuff.... I will go to the KFC on Barrington road next time ... Read more
Had been coming to this location for about 2 years now and then when the KFC urge stricks. Have never really had any issues, but... the drive through attendant is simply not tall enough to be working the window. Most recent visit she spilled my drink handingit to me then asks if I want napkins before I put it in my car, obviously yes I take care of my car. The topper for why I willbe going somewhere else for now on is when the manager gave me my food I asked if she could throw the napkins away, her responsehad me seeing red "no I cannot take that" then promptly slammed the window closed. So your employee spills my drink, I have toclean it up and you won't even throw out the napkins leaving me to now have pop covered napkins in my car. I might as well hadleft my drink covered in pop to begian with. Read more
This photo shows how disgusting the restaurant is inside, in addition to not having any hygiene, the boy who was preparing my... food did not wear gloves and touched everything with his hands, he also made a figure with the sauce in the counter where theymake the food and started taking out the salad with his bare hand playing with the food, I made a complaint and they stillignored me, then I asked to speak to the manager but she was not surprised and she did not care about my complaint. We all askfor the drive thru, I invite you to get off, it's very dirty. I would love for the supervisor of the manager of thisestablishment to answer me. My mother in law ate this and got sick. Very bad experience at this location. On multiple occasions when I go they don?t listen and always get the order wrong. There?s... an employee at the drive thru who won?t make the effort to reach out the window. Rude, and disrespectful about correcting myorder. I don?t feel pleasant about coming to this KFC again.
