I went on my lunch break to order sandwich stood in line for 20 min to wait my turn to order. Only one person in front of me... making big order. While standing one of the girls that was making sandwiches was touching her mask on her face adjusting andsame hands same gloves was wrapping sandwiches?. I just wanted to puke?. Then same person was helping guy at the register andwas touching register same hands same gloves than went back to her station to make sandwiches. Then another employee did samething. I will never ever go there again knowing this and especially during covid 19 pandemic, let not to mention there is a bigsign on the door no mask no service. Not a very good JJ. I went to this location in at 745 on a Saturday and thought they were closing at 8pm by the looks of... everything, but really they close at 9pm. The counter help guy definitely is not a very welcoming and friendly guy. Seemedpissed at the world and doesn't know how to talk to people. .Not great for a customer service environment. Ive been doing JimmyJohns for 20 years and I will never come back to this uninviting location. The reviews do not lie, find a different local foodchoice. Read more
Was hoping to improve their rating but unfortunately they failed to. Went in for pickup. Sandwiches were great, cleanliness... fine, except they forgot to include a pickle I ordered and paid for. Never been to a Jimmy John's before. Thought I would check out a Slim since I'M just a meat and cheese guy. What a joke! Hardly... any ham on mediocre bread for $5. Worth maybe $2. Could get a pound of ham and loaf of bread at the store and will do instead ofever setting foot in a Jimmy John's again. Read more
The greatest thing Jimmy John's does for itself is live up to the "freaky fast" slogan they broadcast so much. This location is... lives up to that with both in store and delivery. The employees are always courteous and are most accepting of copious amountsof changes to the pre-listed menu options. The store is kept clean as well even during the winter months with all the snow andsalt. Read more
Got a sandwich to go, asked for hot peppers. Of course after I left the place I discovered they did not put the peppers on the... sandwich, but they charged me for them. This is not the first time this has happened at a Jimmy Johns. The person making thesandwich makes them "freaking fast" maybe they should pay some "freaking" attention to what their "freaking" job is! Wake the"freak" up. Read more
Owner of this franchise is a real miser, she has raised prices on sandwiches and removed the amount of meat you get in your... sandwich. If you like paying $11 for a loaf of bread and chips this the place for you. The kid behind the counter tells me theyare now being told to only use only ?3? thinly sliced pieces of meat?.
