So much for freaky fast service... I ordered 2 sandwiches and it took over an hour ans 20 minutes to get a mile to my house.... This location just sucks. They close early when they feel like it. What is the point of having hours if you don't stick to them.My husband went to get me chips because I'm pregnant. They closed in 15 minutes, they seen him walking up and locked the doorsand turned the lights off. I'll never order from this location again! Read more
Do Not order for business events/meetings/conferences. This location has proven time and time again that they are unable to... meet delivery times and are consistently late. I?ve now taken them off of my business lunch ordering list as we wind up losingmeeting time as lunch doesn?t arrive on time and we can not get started back up? I have been so disappointed with this Jimmy John's service this past year. I used to order from here in the past and would get... the sandwich delivered within 30 minutes placing it online. But I've had them deliver my sandwich for more than 1 hour 15 minfrom the time I order three times already and they're just less than 1.5 miles away. Their excuse is they only have one driverand have 10 deliveries..... like it's my problem!! The very last time I'll be ordering from them!!!! Read more
Worst Jimmy John's ever. The woman immediately put me on hold. After ten minutes I hung up and called again. She put me on hold... AGAIN. This went on for the four calls I put in. She FINALLY answered and before I could even say two words she tells me thatthey don't deliver to my house. But I've been calling the same Jimmy John's for years. I called the next one closest to my houseand they were cool and did their thing. I'm happy the other one doesn't deliver here anymore. The smugness and arrogance thiswoman has is so wrong. I'm extremely disappointed with jimmy johns. I live 1.5 miles from the store and half the time I get told they cannot deliver to... me because I am not in their delivery radius, but sometimes they do deliver to me.... No consistency... What happened to thischain? I live literally around the corner from this place. Read more
The past 3 times I've been here they forgot all my freebie add-ons and gave me the wrong size sandwich. I asked for a LITTLE... John and they gave my full sized each time. At this point I am too tired to go back every time to get it fixed so I will not becoming to this specific location anymore. Read more
My husband received terrible service from a woman assistant manager on 9/21. I hope you guys start recording calls for quality... assurance. We were having a birthday party at our home and wanted to get a few sandwiches. We order from this location often sothought it would be a quick choice. We spoke to a male worker on the phone last week about them messing up our order last week.He added a free chip + drink on our account, the drink was only messed up so he was being very generous. He said to call backand it's on our account. However when we called my husband was told the system changed and there was nothing we could do if wedidn't know the name of the person working, her words were "there is no way for her to give us the items as there is no promocode". My husband asked our group what we wanted to do and decided we would get the rest of our groups order and go in nextweek to figure out his name. I ask her if she is in management and she said she was an assistant. I then went to tell her thatmaybe for some reason the man who helped us put it under my number, but when I started talking she rudely told me, "not tointerrupt her". My group will be going to another place to order lunch today. We are all locals to this Jimmy John's and noone who was listening to the phone call, patiently waiting to say their orders, had ever received service like this from a JimmyJohn's. Read more
