We got there, party of 4, and we're greeted immediately to sit down. We had a baby and asked for a highchair. The hostess said... our waitress would get it. Nearly 10 min into our visit, still no waitress at our table so I got up and went to get a highchairmyself. Highchair was very sticky (i hope from syrup ????) and the belt strap didn't work. We cleaned it as best we could withwet wipes, sat the baby down and continued to wait for our waitress. Finally she arrived and was very apologetic for the longwait, along with a highchair (a little late at this point since we had one). Our waitress was nice, attentive, but very busy andit appeared she was training someone as a young man was following her around as she instructed him. I get we need to trainemployees and all but it was pretty busy at the time and maybe they could be left for slower periods? Gave it 3 stars since thefood was great, no issue there. Read more
wait times are not that bad since its only two of us. Hostess are not friendly at all. The waitress do not speak English. My... friend requested a special requested the waitress did not understand so the manager came in a rude manner to tell him we don?tdo that here. This is my second and last time coming here. Told a 20 minute wait, actually more than an hour with a virtually empty restaurant. Only interested in filling takeout orders.... People fed up walking out and telling new guests coming in the wait is ridiculous. Pass on this IHop and go to Denny?s.Horrendous service. Read more
