Looks like I am not the only one that has had issues with their customer service. Ordered a strawberry dragon fruit... refresher?easy enough?she hands me what looks like straight up green tea with MAYBE a splash of refresher?I say something andshe just brushes me off?I go inside?they make a big deal out of it and finally do it right but then one of the workers basicallytold me they make it wrong (mostly all green tea with a splash of dragonfruit because it?s so expensive) umm?you just admittedto me you make it wrong on purpose?! Went there at 430 this morning, horrible drive thru service. Ordered 2 chocolate cake donuts, milk, large hazelnut iced coffee... and a medium vanilla coffee. Recited the order before moving to the window and ended up receiving one chocolate cake donut, nomilk, the medium vanilla and the large coffee had no flavoring in it. I ordered several items but didn?t notice that I didn?t get a drink I ordered but I was already on the Highway. I came the next... day and when I told the lady she blamed me for not telling them I didn?t get the drink?.?? How much does it truly cost toreplace a drink to satisfy a customer? 95% of customers are telling you their honest truth, but after looking at the reviews itis clear the staff/ownership treat the majority of their customers poorly. Each day you have the ability to change how youoperate a business. Each day you have the ability to create a better environment for your guests. My hope is that somethingchanges at this location. Online it shows the average owner of a DD makes $124,000 per year for each location. This one has aprime location and should afford the owner the ability to make much more than that if they decide to change the culture. My hopeis that they do make that change. Read more
