Sorry to say normally brown?s chicken is our favorite chicken because of the flavor. But what we got at this store was terrible.... It smelled terrible. Either the oil was not changed or the chicken was bad but one of us got sick and the others couldn?t finishwhat we ordered. I hope this was a one time thing and if the store is listening, change your oil and make sure you use freshchicken all the time. or you?re going to lose all your customers. Read more

Awesome customer service by Ali and the food was really good. Crispy and fresh. I personally loved their fresh marinated tenders... and would recommend it. Don't look far one of the best places in the Hoffman area for Hala Fried Tender Juicy Crispy chicken. Read more

The attending worker was very pleasant. Store was clean. Chicken breasts dropped fresh so hot when I got home. My issue is... with the INSANITY of the prices! ARE THEY NUTS???? I got two (2) Chicken Breasts, 1/2 lb. Mushrooms, and order of Mostaciolli. The order came to $31.50ish! HOW in the HECK could fast food take out cost significantly MORE than a full meal in very nicerestaurant???? Prices are ludicrous. I will never figure out what cost so darn much but it couldn't have been the chickenbecause they were less than $4.00 each (so total $8). The mushrooms could have been more than $6. The little container ofmostaccioli with really horrible fake cheese stuff on it couldn't have costed more than maybe $3 (I'm not sure because I haven'tordered a mostaccioli side in a long time but pasta is typically the cheapest thing one can eat besides rice in this world). Myorder total for take out was about $31.50 and I STILL can't believe it. It's because of that that I'm not going to bereturning, ever. I can't afford to be spending $31.50 on fast food takeaway. I could have gotten a beautiful steak with saladand sides for that. The chicken was very good. The mushrooms were soggy and squishy. The mostacholi went down the garbagedisposal as it had some kind of strange fake cheese on it and I only wanted the mostacholi... not some funky stuff on top of it. The mostacholi itself was quite horrible and that's not usually the case at Brown's in my past experience. I really regrethaving dropped $31.50 on that food. Read more
