After being ignored for 10 minutes, the server took our drink order. She brought a tea bag in ice water for "iced tea". We were... not given menus and felt so uncomfortable that we chose to leave. My daughter, my granddaughter were in Hoffman placing flowerson family members graves. We have worked in the service industry and understand the importance of good customer relations.
