Driven past here literally 100 times or more. And just based on the location, size and signage never considered stopping by. I... saw Maxwell Street style polish decided to give it a try. Got inside saw pizza by the slice. Ordered that too. Greatpolish. Pizza, good, not great. Took away a star for how it was presented to me. Threw it on a paper plate, no napkins offeredand threw that inside a bag. Didnt even like, present it to me. (Here's your order, thanks for trying us out) I had to ask, isthis my oder? This. Place. Is. Amazing. The slices are the next best thing to a proper Philadelphia/New York slice. I drive all the way from... Downers Grove to get slices from here because they're that good. They have plenty of seating, as well, which is another thingI've noticed a lot of slice-selling places don't seem to have around here. The crust is thick, and the cheese is a littlegreasy, but all in all it is worth it. And they even have garlic powder if you ask for it! The only thing I wish they had weregarlic knots. Read more
10/10 recommend this place. It is definitely a hidden gem. The food is delicious, I have never been dissatisfied with any of my... orders. I used to work right up the street and I would come here for lunch once a week. Now I live and work farther away, butwhenever I am in the area, I always make it a point to come in and get some lunch. I must say, it does get pretty packed here,but once you taste their food, you will know why. And you do get a lot of food for the price you pay. Totally worth theexperience. This place is small inside but it has some of the best fast food around. They have a massive and very tasty breaded steak... sandwich big enough for two people. Their Maxwell Street pork chop and Polish are also very good. They also have burgers,pizza, hot dogs and many more fast food favorites. They have different food items as a daily special every day of the week,which are slightly discounted from their regular price. Stopped for lunch after Sam?s Club shopping. We had pizza slices, ribeye sandwich (phenomenal), and breaded steak sandwich... (delicious)! Don?t forget to top your meal off with their Italian ice. Read more
Love the pizza slices here! Great price for the quantity you get. Other items are good as well like their sandwiches and... burgers. Great place for lunch or dinner, the service was excellent I stopped by two days in a row and plan to go back when I'm in town.
