Used to come to the previous location for poke, decided to try the new spot and get black tonkatsu ramen for lunch. Imma be... honest, it was kinda gross. Pretty pricey, even for Hoboken, overly salty and tasteless at the same time. I know it's a ghostkitchen, so not really designed for sit-down meal, but they did have a couple tables in their dining area, and it was just weirdfeeling to be in such a tiny restaurant with doordash drivers all standing right in front of you as you're eating. Probablywon't come back. Disappointed. Read more

Sushi is good, the sushi burrito with the peanut sauce however is great. Would like to try the ramen too but did not see any... option to order it without egg so I cannot comment on it yet. The wasabi is noticeably fake as it is in 95% of theserestaurants. Value for money here is still good given the cuisine and the location. Read more

Got vegetarian miso, was flavorful, had spinach ramen noodles and ordered grilled chicken instead of tofu that comes with it.... Was tasty would come back again for ramen. It is weird that there's no servers to take your order, but you have to go to thestation to place your order if you want to dine in. It was fairly empty on a Sunday afternoon. Read more

My fiancé and I came in with my parents for a late-ish lunch at around 2 pm on a Sunday. There was one other couple dining... there and no one ordering takeout. Already not a good sign. We had noticed that this place was always empty, so we never gave ita chance until this day. They serve ramen and poke bowls (odd, I know), you order at the counter, and they bring it to you. Myparents had the Original Ton Men (braised pork, egg, onion, bean sprouts, nori, seaweed, kikurage, bamboo, roasted onionflakes). I had the Fire Chili Miso Ton Men (Fired pulled pork, egg, onion, bean sprout, nori seaweed, kikurage, bamboo, roastedonion flakes.) It was basically just a slightly spicy version of the original ton men but with pulled pork instead. I feel likemost of the ingredients didn't really go together. It was more like 'whatever they could find that is Asian and seems like itcould go into a bowl of ramen' ramen. It didn't taste bad, but it was just odd. I did appreciate that they didn't overcook thenoodles though. My fiancé created his own poke bowl. The color of his spicy tuna was a fiery hot orange, like a flaming hotCheeto. Looked pretty questionable, but it didn't taste off. It just tasted like they added a lot of stuff to it to hide anyfishiness. I probably wouldn't risk ordering anything raw from here again, especially not with so many other poke places poppingup in Hoboken now. In fact, I probably wouldn't visit again. I'd probably prefer the dried ramen noodles. I too can haphazardlythrow random ingredients into a bowl. Read more

Overall good experience for the price point. Let me preface this by saying I have VERY high standards for ramen and this place's... definitely isn't perfect. However, in my two visits the ramen and sushirritos are both satisfying and with good portion, withenough of variety to choose from. The prompt and friendly service and the good environment setup pushed me more towards 5 starthan 4. Read more
