Very bad customer service from the staff. I came in with my family and wasn?t greeted or seated so I helped myself to sit in one... of the two empty tables. Mind you BOTH tables were dirty and full of plates, cups and napkins from the previous customers. Iwaited patiently but the tables were never cleaned. After I asked someone to come and clean the table, she came by and picked uphalf of the stuff off of the table. She never came back to pick up the rest nor did she give us the menus or anything. I askedher again to come and finish cleaning the table. She responded that she?s very busy and that my family and I should move toanother table. At this moment I decided to leave the store and I will never come into this location ever again. You should hiremore people on weekends and you should train your staff on how to handle customers and how to properly do their jobs!! Read more

Let me start off by saying this, there ARE better Johnny rockets out there. This one is not it! The food is not the best. I... asked for a PHILLY CHEESE STEAK and barely cheese. Do not ever go to this restaurant, I decided to get a crispy chicken sandwich. They give me this extremely dry chicken sandwich... with raw bacon !!?? They workers are so lazy they didn?t even wanna fry the chickens breast & tbh There?s plenty of betterrestaurants in this area . you should definitely save your money. The water tasted terrible. They didn't properly wash the produce in my wife's salad. She found actual soil in the bowl. ... Ordered a Pepsi that never showed up, but at least they didn't charge me for it. Read more
