This is by far the worst Dunkin I?ve ever been to. The staff is rude and blatantly disregards your order. They don?t add in... sweetener/swirls/milk like you request. I?ve also gotten coffee here that tastes like absolute dirt water. I?ve gotten in thehabit of tasting my coffee before I walk out with it to make sure it?s made correctly, otherwise I?ll ask them to remake it,which I?ve had to do several times. Today, I put in a mobile order, arrived 10 Mins later to see that my coffee was still notready, so I asked about it. The rude woman behind the counter told me to check the labels on the mobile orders sitting to theside and I said I don?t have to check the labels because these are all iced coffees and I ordered hot, mine just isn?t here. Ishowed my receipt with my mobile order # and her and another staff member kept saying they never received my order, my receiptwas analyzed for 5 mins (almost as if they didn?t believe I put in an actual order and paid) before they reluctantly made me mycoffee, almost as if they we?re doing me a favor. No apologies, just bad attitude. I have always came back due to the fact thatthis Dunkin is in a convenient location right on Washington street, but my experience today was the last straw. Stick to the oneon newark if you can, or make sure you taste your coffee before you leave to make sure it?s made correctly because they don?tcare here. Read more

EDIT: Woman working on friday night is COMPLETELY unproffessional and disgusting and lazy. I got sick after the coffee she gave... me and it was def not fresh coffee.. i also came in at 755 pm to let her know the coffee got me sick and it was closed morethen an hour from actual closing time. she RUINED this dunkin donuts rep. i saw at least 5 people walk off dissapointed becauseit was closed early WOW ! The guy at night time is GREAT. great customer service. Always friendly, and always serves fresh hotcoffee . he communicates timing very well and is very consistant on his work ethic. the coffee is always SPOT ON yet he waits tosee if its good enough anyways. 5 out of 5 because of the great consistant service Read more

This Dunkin? is absolutely trash. Coffee was minty, doughnuts were like they were from a day before. The owner was very rude and... mocked his customers really bad. He does not know how to behave with his customer. Avoid at all costs. Read more

Ice coffee was warm coffee with ice put in it. Not only got my order wrong but two people in front of me. Go to the one next to... the path or on Newark st. Avoid this expensive Dunkin at all cost Read more

Unfortunately this Dunkin needs to see either a major improvement, or needs to be replaced. Staff is completely disorganized.... They appear as if they don't care about the customers, nor have any idea how to get the line moving. Very slow paced, coffee wasmediocre, sourdough breakfast sandwich was the only thing that came out well. My girlfriend's mocha iced coffee looked like itwas watered down. There are better Dunkin's around the area, stay away from this one. Read more

Wow! They need to work on there customer service. I have come here a few times and it's hit and miss. This last time I have to... say a bit annoyed with them. I placed the order with my app. When I went inside to pick it up I saw my ice coffee on the topshelf of the 3 shelf rack for on the go orders, my Hot Coffee wasn't next to it. So I pointed out to the women that I have 2coffees as part of my order. She looked at me and started looking through other orders on the other 2 shelfs, she found my othercoffee with someone else's order, and pointed out my name on the coffee and said "see it's here" like it was my fault for notlooking for it. The label wasn't even facing out to see it. She touched all the orders with out gloves, I wasn't going to touchother people's orders. I thought she should have apologized about not putting my order together, instead she acted like I made amistake. This made me frustrated. They need better training here. Also I suggest to face all on the go orders wording outfacing customers so they can see with out touching other people's orders. Especially with people already taking there chances toget germs by going to a DD. Just remember "The customer is always right." Next time just apologize. Hope your manager takes thetime to read this.
