Very disgusting staff. If i could give zero stars i would. They refused to make instead of milk in my latte). Then when i called... her out on her lie, she became belligerent. She should not be working in customer service at all. (Side bar i went to thedunkin inside Hoboken terminal and they made my order the way i wanted it. Read more

Place order via app, macchiato...went to pick it up and someone took it already. Had to wait another 10 mins as he said he just... "reset" machine. Finally, I tasted it and was extremely disappointed. I stopped short and was contemplating having it fixedand just decided against it. How can u screw up what's automated. 1.5 star actually how can I even give it a single star. Read more

I don't get to Hoboken often but when I do I always get Dunkin Donuts and the people here are always nice even when it's busy.... They greet everyone when you enter the store and make everyone feel welcome. Read more

The guy that works here evenings and nights is wicked. I ordered simple things and he jammed his finger into the bagel minutes... they were open instead of closed and when I asked for it to be redone he gave them to me cold not done at all. Customer serviceis not priority here. He's nice to the males who come here and shows bias to everyone else Read more

Horrible services! I always order the same coffee at other Dunkin 'and I know exactly how it tastes! Today I ordered a coffee... and it was not well prepared, it was pure water and coffee. I think I spoke with the manager and I told him that the coffeedoesn?t taste good if he could change it. and the man answered me very rudely! They need better training and if you are goingto work with the public you have to know how to deal with every problem that can be presented to you in a cordial way. Read more

Staff is not good, need to training, also management is so bad, no coivd rule or no sanitizer for customer. i hate this store... because never got good coffee and Sandwich, they need to change staff and management. Read more
