New staff in the front are so RUDE! Patrons have to greet them and say good morning, thank you etc. they stare at you in silence... and walk back and forth while you wait to be taken care of without a word. So strange!!!!!! Read more
This place has gone to hell. I wait regularly for 10 minutes for mobile order and this is 5 minutes after I placed it. Just... today walked in 15 min after an order. Nothing there. Asked what was going on and they just stood there with no urgency. Theplace has to stop hiring unsupervised kids to run a store for adults. This location used to be the best. Unfortunately, with the new management it has gone significantly downhill. The personnel in... the establishment are young kid punks who will not treat you with respect nor will they make your order right or evenacknowledge your presence. For my coffee order, I watched them run out of coffee and use hot water to fill up the rest of thecup so they would not have to brew a fresh pot. They really could not be more rude and if you have any challenge in the store,the personnel will not do anything to try to resolve the issue nor will management call you back. Went here to order food and not only did it take 30 min to place and get the order the ladies obviously didn't know there own... menu as even pointing at it and typing it out for them they had no idea. I ask for ice coffee milk only and I got it with sugar.Use to come to this place alot but I can see it is obviously mismanaged now. Read more
I am extremely surprised to see any positive reviews for this locations. In recent months, this store has become increasingly... slower and dirtier. I cannot remember the last time my order was ready when I got there (even though I order at least 15 minutesin advance). The kids that work in this store lack any sense of urgency, and there is usually a line of at least 10 people halfthe times I go there. Today, I waited 30 min for a simple croissant - which was given to me completely burnt. While waiting, Isaw one of the girls there touching food with 2 hands and wearing only 1 glove.
