The guy working here when I came in was so nice and made our ice creams just how we wanted them. A lot of cold stone locations... they will just roughly mix in the toppings, but he put his whole back into making our ice creams. I mean he completely mixedthem into new flavors - it was delicious. He deserves a raise for making the best cold stone ice cream I?ve ever had!!!! Read more

Please have a competent person in communication answer your phone and please have them answer it. Too often no one answers and... when they do they can't communicate any proper message with the caller. Also on the Uber Eats and / or Doordash app menu ( I ampretty sure its the DD for sure ) , you have to *finally* fix your menu. I can't select no cone or no bowl should I want it ina cup ( Is this done deliberately to make me pay more for having to select one? ) I also can't select the yellow cake as afirst and primary included side option , even though you offer it over the phone or in the store. . That's not really allowingme to create my own creation , is it now? Read more

Cold Stone had always been my go-to for ice cream before the COVID. I lived close to Times Square and visited the Cold Stone... multiple times a week until it shut down. So, I did not mind taking a 30-minute ride to this location when I returned to NewYork. This store is nothing but a DISASTER. Not to mention the sad-looking person who barely understood English or Spanish, orthe frustrating speed and quality of making ice cream, the environment is terrible!!! Food safety issue? Just pray you won't eatsome living creatures in your ice cream! Can you imagine a store that smells like an elevator in the West 4th Metro stationwhere stray people pee every night? Can you imagine eight or nine cooking shovels littered on the table with melted ice creamdripping back into the ice cream bucket? Can you imagine the ice cream in the fridge was melted and frozen multiple times andthe packages were crimpled and full of melted ice cream? When you kindly reminded them the ice cream was dirty, they simplyripped it off with a greyish wiping cloth and told you it should be like this. All I can say is that this is NOT ColdStone. Not any more. Read more

Cold stone was a favorite of mine many years ago. I would travel from a neighboring town for the great ice cream. I placed the... order online and I had the option to order from Hoboken or North Bergen. Since I?ve had great experiences with Hoboken I figuredI take the 20 min drive. Once I completed the order it said the cake wouldn?t be done until 1:45. I needed the cake by none. Icalled over TEN times. Most times the phone just rang. I spoke to someone who barely understood what I was saying. I explainedwhat I needed, and he asked for my number and said someone would call me back. I didn?t want to leave my number. (People nevercall back when they say they will. It?s just a ploy to get you off the phone.) So, he said call back in 5- 10 so I can speak tothe manager. I called back in 20. He said the manager was available to call back again. I called several times and it just rang.He finally picks up the phone after another 2-3 call. I asked to speak to the manager and he says to call back after ten! Icall the next day soon as they open. She says my cake CAN NOT be done any sooner. I say no problem I?ll cancel and go to thecold stone in North Bergen. They said they can?t. Long story short don?t go there. The place as gone DRASTICALLY down hill.Customer service isn?t even I thing at the location. I will NOT be back. The place also needs a deep cleaning BADLY!! The cakealso looks like a toddler wrote on it Read more

I went to this coldstone about two weeks ago with my husband. I grew up around cold stone and having moved from my hometown, i... crave it all the time. Decided to spend the money on a pint of chocolate devotion so I wouldn?t have to make the 30+ minutedrive from my house. Just to come home and find out they mixed coconut shavings and some sort of nut into my ice cream. I amallergic to nuts ????. Should?ve known it was going to be a disaster when I walked in and the floor was disgustingly dirty andso was their stone & work area. Unbelievable. Read more
