Reviews for Black Bear Bar & Grill in Hoboken, NJ
We have only been there for drinks and music but it's been great both times. Saturday nights they have a great DJ.
Came here on a Friday night around 7pm. We sat outside & you can hear the music from inside - which was great! We ordered the... Nachos 10/10, Burger 10/10 and their wings 8/10. Highly recommend! Read more
Cool place with a laid back vibe. Not a ton of craft beer on tap but some good offerings. Our food was DELICIOUS! we had pickle... chips and they were nice any crunchy. I had a burger that was amazing and my wife had a chicken sandwich that she reallyenjoyed. Read more
Place was super cool. Service was nice and the prices were normal for Hoboken. The buffalo bites appetizer was great and the... fries were good but there was a little too much barbeque sauce on my wrap. Food and service wise they deserve a 4 star, but theycharged $1.50 for a side of honey mustard and I hate how restaurants have started charging for sauces like that. That's whatmakes me knock em down to a 3 star overall. Southern bbq wrap pictured (after I took a bite sorry) Read more
My food was delicious ! Nice quieter bar with plenty of screens to watch sports. Good service but I do with my waitress would... have checked in more. There were a few times I had to get up and go look for her lol Read more
Grizzly burger and chicken tacos were pretty good. I have to give it only 3 stars as the service was not very good.... Disinterested waitress who failed to check up on us even though the entire dining area was empty. If the only service was on parwould the food I would return. Read more
Located just a small walk away from Hoboken Train terminal, the place gets packed by 8pm. Go for the Basket of wings and Beer... pitcher deal it's a steal. The Flat bread pizza is a cross between the New York Slice and Grandma slice. Get the normal one sansthe toppings. Yummy cheesy goodness! Great place to catch the local MLB games. Read more
Terrible terrible service. Borderline disrespectful, don?t know how to pour beers, plenty of other bars on Washington street... that are 10x better. Read more
