The ice cream: Ben and Jerry?s Of course their ice cream is great (though my daughter didn?t like the Marshmallow Sky Swirl... flavor? didn?t taste like marshmallow). The service: Really not good. I asked for a regular cone (got the extra cost dipped insprinkles). My husband asked for a large Caramel Macchiato Milkshake and got a small. As we were checking out I was completingthe frequent customer club form and told her prior to her ringing us up I was doing it. I said it again to please let it gothrough (no one was behind us). She quick rung it up and told my husband to swipe (he wasn?t there when I told her to wait forit) and he tapped his card and it went through. I said to her I just asked you to wait for the code; were you able to put it in?She said no you can just do it next time. Well don?t worry there won?t be a next time. Way too many other options to go to inHoboken and the service made the ice cream totally not worth it. Gave two stars because the ice cream itself was overall goodBen and Jerry?s ice cream, but this place of business had bad service. Read more

I went in to get some ice cream but hadn't had any in a while and didn't know what to get. Luckily, the worker was very helpful... in figuring out what I was looking for and offered me samples before I ordered. Great place in the middle of town to get an ice cream. The place can get relatively busy quite quickly on hot days however, with... the line out the door sometimes. Caramel is quote famous in New York and around. And I am glad that it is. Ben N Jerry is one place where you can get some really... nice caramel Ice-Cream. The best part about the Ice-Cream is the Caramel chunks inside which are there in almost every bite. Theother flavour - Milk and Cookies is a decent option too Read more
Nothing wrong with the Ben and Jerry's in Hoboken. I wish the parent company (Unilever?) would bring back Coffee Heath Bar... Crunch because it tasted better than the generic toffee bar substitute. I don't care at all whether ingredients are geneticallymodified. Read more
