Reviews for Wendy's in Hobe Sound, FL
This location is clean and well maintained, at least from my view. The food is alright, but I don't come here for that... alone. The wifi is a big reason, since I work on my laptop after finishing my actual work, and for a week now this locationhasn't been able to connect to any of my devices, phone, etc,. They say it works fine for them, but if it doesn't work for me Ican't justify spending my time or money here. There's also no lock on one of the bathroom stalls. Read more

730pm no one in the parking lot or at the drive thru so I went inside. I could not get waited on. One other customer in the... dining area, shrugs. The employees too busy speaking to each other, phones.... I was invisible. They should just turn thelight off. I got dinners else where, good, friendly, and a thank you. Don't bother them Wendy's. Honestly I loved coming here I've been going to this Wendy's since high school (6 years ago now...ouch) because they always... brought me a smile good food good service. However today was majorly different the person who took my order sounded stoned,which no problem you do what you do I won't judge but I got a biggie bag when i ordered a bacon double stack with an order ofbaconator fries. The cheese wasn't even half melted when I got it which was unusual but no worries yet. I went inside with mybest friend and when we got to the counter the cashier barely acknowledged us and said someone will be right with you when I wastrying to be nice I absolutely hate asking for a remake and I understand it can be annoying but I'm trying to be polite I justsaid the cheese wasn't all the way melted. But the manager said she only melts some of the cheese and puts on shredded cheesewhich was weird because I had ordered there yesterday and it did not have any non melted shredded cheese on it. It really lookedlike I was just an annoyance and not a customer. I really wish I could go back but with the experience I received today I don'tsee how I could. I just felt so uncomfortable while asking for a new set of baconator fries. I don't know the day they had so Iwon't judge them as individuals and Ill always say Wendy's is the best version of fast food. But I will not go back to thislocation anymore. The food was good after all was said and done they made everything good with exception of the baconator friesbut after the manager had fixed it, it was amazing and really good. I won't say the food is bad quite on the contrary, it wasreally just the bad experience. I'm sorry but I can get food anywhere and there's just no point when you're not smiling. Read more

I just had the best freshest chicken sandwich I?ve ever eaten. I would rate this Wendy?s more than five stars if I could. Every... time I come here I feel welcomed taken care of and in and out of the drive thru quickly. Kevin is the most kind helpful employeeI?ve come across in a long time you can tell this guy takes pride in what he does and he actually takes the time to cater tocustomers all while still delivering speedy service.
