I ordered wings online patiently waited 20 minutes in the parking Iot soon after I got an email it would be ready at 6:15, I... called at 6:19 to ask if my order was ready they struggled to find my order then said it would be ready in 2 min and agreed tomeet me at the door since I had my two small kids in the car and it was pouring rain! I parked in front of the store for another20 minutes patiently hoping they would come out. They had two young guys serving two small tables, two by the register and onein the kitchen, did not seem busy at all! I called again and asked if they were coming out with my order and the person whoanswered the phone was very unprofessional and careless. He said my order was ready since the first time I called and refused tobring my prepaid order to the door, I had to ask: do you mean I have to park and bring two little kids in the store in pouringrain? He said yes showing no concern whatsoever. I walked in the store with my baby in my arms and he had the outdesity to askand make an unnecessary comment! : do you need a bag ? Wait here, you have "something" in your hand referring to my son. I feltoffended and stressed by the whole situation. It's unfortunate, the service sucks here! Even if the food was the best in town, the service brings the quality down to garbage.... My wife had a baby in the car and made an online order. It was raining and she asked an employee over the phone if they couldbring it to the front door where she could park at the front. They said ok it'll only be 10 minutes. My wife waited for over 30minutes and she felt bad but called again to ask for an update. The person on the phone said the food was ready for over 20minutes. She asked if someone could please bring it to the front door. The male employee said no, and that if she wants herfood, to come inside to get it. They weren't even busy! Omg. Omg. This place was the most delicious-ness ever!! We?re from out of town and had a jonesing for pizza!!! The white pizza... (add spinach) was amazing with seasoned tomatoes and large slices of garlic!!! Garlic knots were soft with and butter parm tosop up! My friends had eggplant parm and chicken park sandwiches! I've been having their food for a good while and I've never been dissatisfied. Sometimes they can take a tad long but it's all... completely worth it. Everything is transparent, too. You can see the cook and the pizza cook making the food, so you never haveto question if your food is tampered with or not! Also their sweet tea is made every single day fresh from new tea bags, andthey don't use corn syrup in their sweet tea! They mix it separately with real sugar.
