Went there twice now. Inside of course. There?s no way I?m waiting in that long line but I?ve enjoyed the customer service and... good chicken. The drinks are really good for the size and price and the food is filling in a good way that makes a good bang foryour buck on top of the really good sides and biscuit that make the meal really good. My only main issue really is the superlong line that makes you wait and hour if you want drive through and makes parking hell if you have to drive there but otherthan that I?m so happy for us to have a Popeye?s and for it not to completely suck. I?m a fan of Popeye?s and was excited about it coming to Hobbs. However, this was the worst Popeye?s meal ever. I went through... the drive-thru and waited in line almost 40 minutes before I got my order. I paid over $11.00 for a 5 piece tenders meal thatwas lukewarm. The chicken was paper-thin and hard as a rock. It was literally so hard that I could not bite into it and I had tothrow some of the pieces away. Plus, no straw or utensils in the bag, so I ended up using a hard piece of chicken as a spoon forthe potatoes. Read more

I love Popeyes it?s my favorite chicken franchise and I have eaten it in several states. I was disappointed to get dry... overcooked chicken with none of the signature juiciness and hint of spice on the classic chicken. The biscuits and sides weregreat just like I remember but dry overdone chicken makes me give them only 2 stars. I will try again when the line isn?t anhour long if they can figure out how to make the chicken I will change my rating but as of now out of more than 50 times eatingPopeyes chicken this was a sad dry imitation. Went on first day of opening! Amazing customer service! Food was hot and fresh! Fed a family of 7 for $60. Highly recommend
First time here on first day opened? Long line but worth it, good people work there. Only thing is I ordered 12 piece family... meal, coke, red beans and rice, and Cajun fries, and some shrimp? We sure enjoyed it! We didn't wait in line for the drive through, it is still much to long! We went inside and the wait wasn't... very long. Everything tasted great! They were very busy but the service was still pretty good. The red beans and rice isdelicious! I'm sure I will be back! Read more
