Drinks took 40 min. Food took 2+ hours to come out. There were only 3 other tables eating at the same time. After two hours we... asked they ?rush? the fries for our child and were told the kitchen is very backed up. Steak was tough and horrible. Coffee wasice cold- soup ice cold. Everything else was terrible Read more

Great restaurant with very good food at excellent price point, especially considering what has been happening with rising costs... and prices at other restaurants. Staff is great with wonderful atmosphere. Love the outside garden when weather permitting. Read more

I was really excited to go this place after a few days on the road and craving a good meal. The first thing we noticed was the... server running around like a chicken with her head cut off because she was acting as host, bartender, and the only server. Thispoor woman did a great job considering her circumstances and none of our bad experience has anything to do with her. Our foodwas not good at all. Scratch that. The Scotch egg was pretty good if under seasoned. I had the steak and my partner has thegochujang ribs. My steak had no crust AND was over cooked, potatoes were waxy, and asparagus was stringy. Not sure how mypartners sides were, but her ribs were dry, thick, and a nuisance to cut. We left hungry and disappointed. If this is how theyalways conduct their restaurant then I can't recommend going here. Read more

My husband and I stayed at the inn for a weekend getaway and it was exactly what we needed. The rooms are decorated beautifully... with a European country house feel. The beds were really comfortable and everything about the room made us able to relax andunwind. We ate at the pub both nights. Friday we enjoyed wood fired pizza outside while listening to music. We chatted withseveral people, locals and visitors, then sat around a fire before heading back to our room. Saturday we ate inside the pub.Again it felt like we were transported to a small European town. The dark wood and cozy seating areas along with the friendlystaff made us want to hang out all night, which we did. We started at our table and had a delicious meal. The fish and chipswere the best I ever had, and my husband had the steak which was cooked to perfection. After our dessert of sticky toffeepudding, highly recommended, we sat at the welcoming bar and had a couple drinks. We chatted with the owner and bartender abouta few places we should visit in the area for hiking and antiquing which we checked out the next day. The weekend felt like aweek and we returned home refreshed and planning our next visit. Read more

I would suggest to avoid this establishment at any cost. The service we received from the owner who said she will take care of... our table & order was awful. We reserved a table only for the table not to be available at all. The owner sat us in the beergarden area and promised that we will receive the same service but then requested us to just walk inside every time we want toorder something which we were ok with but then they wouldn?t even commit to bringing the food outside. After an hourlong waitfor food, we were told the kitchen is backed up and that we should just ?wait our turn because there are more table ahead ofus?, we decided to cancel the food and leave. Our choices for food at that time were gas station sandwiches or this restaurantand our choice of going for the gas station should say it all. The owner by the way, was literally having drinks with herfriends outside next to us instead of helping her staff or guests. Once we saw that, we knew we had no reason to stay andprovide them with business. This review doesn?t even include the fact that they ran out of all the food items that actually ledus to come to this restaurant. Read more

The restaurant is a hidden gem in the Catskills. Make sure you make a reservation because you don?t want to miss out! Great... vegetarian options and an impressive bar. It was the highlight of our trip visiting the towns and villages of the Catskills! Read more
