Usually get good service and good products here. This is not an anger fueled comment. Just a general question..... I always... use the app to pre order and pre pay. I hit the drive thru and off I go. This time they could not fulfill my order in full.This is where it got odd to me. They refused to refund my money for the items they could not provide. Does anyone think that'sok? So far No one from management has contacted me to verify if this is Dunkins business practice. I find it hard to believethat they can just refuse a refund if they cannot supply the product. Read more
Slow store, staff not always very pleasant or accommodating. Owners are very rude and dismissive. Be for warned if u order hash... browns expect them to be very bitter as they don't clean their appliances so they taste like months old grease. They don'tchange temps either so if u order mini pancakes don't expect soft and fluffy. U will get hard and crunch pancakes. Doesn't thatsound delicious?
